Starlight is a 'pension' type of accommodation. The rooms are part of a traditional city house. We were staying on the fourth floor. As a consequence, we enjoyed the feel of family accommodation in Rome. It was very quiet at night, allowing for good sleep. The area of via cariole seems to be a little china town of Rome. I liked it bc it was less touristy while all amenities like coffee bars and restaurants were in close reach. I also thought the staff was very friendly and forthcoming.

Very silent room, and location. Clean. Nice breakfast. Attentive personnel.
Some minor things. The only water glass on the bathroom was not clean... Other than that, you must be careful arriving the hotel late at night as the streets are not populated; one walks alone.
